Restaurant Manager is reported to General Manager. She/He will oversee the entire restaurant and bar department and ensure its smooth running. The restaurant Manager will manage a team of servers, bussers, and bartenders. She/He will create procedures and provide a complete training for all his/her team. Will ensure professional follow-up with any partners or suppliers.
